Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and lean startup template for developing new or documenting existing business models.There are 9 elements in modal canvas:

1)Key Partners

Key partners are the network of suppliers and partners that make the business     model work.

2) Key activities

Key activities are to control of production and manufacturing and create a branding strategy.

3) Value Proposition

Value proposition provides a unique combination of products and services which provide value to the customer.

4)Customer relationships

Customer relationship is company's relationship with customers.If a company want to success, they must keep a good relationship with customers.

5)Customer Segments

Customers segment is type of customers to serves the company's product.

6)Key Resources

Key resources is the building block describing the most important assets needed to make a business model work.Key resources can be physical, financial, intellectual, or human.

7)Revenue

The way a company makes income from each customer segment.

8)Cost

The cost needed to run a business

9)Channels

Channels is about how they promote their product.For example via online, facebook and more.
